Not been on the forum long but was extremely happy to see a gaming section! A number of you may already be aware of this game, but for those that aren't, Dys4ia by Anna Anthropy is well worth checking out. It's about the developer's experience of undergoing HRT. It's got this gorgeous retro aesthetic and takes only 10 minutes to play.
