I'm a little over a month on low-dose HRT, so can't say as I've noticed much of a change due to that yet. But due to all of the exercise I've been doing, I have added a half inch to my hips and through doing the vacuum pose daily for the past two months have gone from a 33" waist down to a 31". I expect (hope) it to get even lower once I get fitted for my corset Weds and start proper waist training. It's my present to myself for coming out to my parents tonight.
