I have white spots on both my nipples is this normal? Also my boobs have recently stopped hurting. They are not sore at all and I'm worried I stopped developing. On the plus side my areola are growing which is awesome but I don't know what the white spots are. there's not just one there are live five right on both my nipples. On other sites it said it means your pregnant or lactating but obviously I am not pregnant unless I am the Virgin Mary, which I'm not.

Are you taking Progesterone?

Nope. I am thinking about asking to get on it. But not on it currently. Does that cause it or cure it? They don't hurt or anything. I just noticed them.

On the nipple, or on the areola?  Sound to me like the Montgomery tubercules.

Within the areola, there are sebaceous glands, sweat glands and modified mammary glands (glands of Montgomery). These glands produce small elevations on the areola surface. The sebaceous glands enlarge during pregnancy and secretes oily material, which acts as a lubricant for the areola and nipple.

It could cause it since it is something would increase during pregnancy/lactation. In your case I am not sure, it is probably nothing just have your doctor check it out if you are really concerned.

I think they are milk blisters or plugged ducts and is caused by engorged breasts lol the one site says I should try breastfeeding every three hours and they will resolve themselves. They don't hurt or anything. I don't wear a bra so that could be the cause too. I tried to see if it was a common problem for trans women and I couldn't find one single instance of it. weird.

I have one of these white spots but I've had it since my early twenty's! To be honest I've never put much thought into what it was. But I am kinda curious to what it is now that you brought it up.

I don't think they hurt all the time its just when they are developing do they get sore. Mine does that too I don't think you have anything to worry about its normal.

If it is on the tip or near the tip of the nipple... it's a milk blister. I have them. Little white dot on the tip of the nipple right under the surface of the skin. Depending on hormone levels you may lactate as well. I've read they can be painful... but mine don't hurt.

In my early hormome days I did have a couple of the white spots on my nipples , which my doctor said were just skin tags and not a problem for anything.  Just a bit of excess skin tissue.  I had mine looked at by a doctor because they were concerning me and luckily were not what I recently went through, which was a strange sight inside the breast to the mammographer.  One needle biopsy later --- just a benign fibrous tissue.
