i'll show y'all what that looks like tomorrow.
being 100% fem and having long hair is nice, but i'm getting pretty tired of dealing with it.
time to put some change into my look.

plus if none of y'all know what Houston is like in the summer, be glad you don't.

Don't do it Joey!!!! Your gonna regret it, trust me!  You finally have the look you wanted why change it? Don't do it! Your beautiful and can probably pull the pixie cut off but your gonna want your hair back and remember that it takes forever to grow. Save yourself the grief don't do it!

Luv you!
Don't judge a book by its cover! My lifes been like a country song! True love, amazing grace, severe heartbreak, buckles, boots n spurs! I 've been thrown off the bull a couple times, I keep getting up and dusting myself off! Can't give up on my happily ever after!

I guess she's already made up her mind? But if not, maybe a shoulder length cut first (to see if that's manageable enough) would do.

I recommend you really really think about it hard. Because you know, hair takes an eternity and a half to grow (not to mention it gets awkward several times mid-way), and I read pixie cuts were the most risky of all, and not just for trans people.

But if you're sure, hey, why not? If you can pull it off, that just means you're even cuter than I thought! And if you have unbearable heat where you are, it'll probably be comfortable, yeah. :3

Jenny: hahaha i know, hair does take a while to grow out! took me about 2 years to get it to where it is now (almost to my nipple) but i'm honestly feeling a call for a change. i don't know i'll be thinking about it!!!

You could also tell a hairdresser you feel like changing, and they might have interesting suggestions. Might. It could also be poop~

I think a lot of girls here would kill to have hair at your length, which is why they're like nooooo don't do it. But if you really must! xD Dying your hair can be a dramatic change as well, especially if it's a colour you've never done before. If I were in your shoes I'd actually get extensions and make my hair longer! Hahahaha :P

lol you two are silly.

Biotin is very good for your hair, its pretty much steroids for it.

if i like the way it looks, i'm gonna keep it short. :)

If you want to have a shorter hair cut that's fine.  But remember, it DOES take a while to grow back.  I have been taking biotin for about 2 weeks and can say that it only does so much.  I used to have longer hair and loved it, but I was forced to cut it.  Now, I am trying desperately to get it long again.  So, make sure you are really comfortable with the fact that it might take a while for your hair to grow again.  If you are okay with that and really want a pixie cut, than I'm sure everything will be fine. :)

I hope it works! And anyway, why am I talking in the first place? I'm pretty confident you're 1000 % better than I when it comes to style.

yeah, it's just a pixie cut, guise.

i think it's bc mtfs go crazy over trying to grow their own hair out, when someone else cuts theirs they feel like that one is detransitiioning or isn't "complete" anymore as a woman.

even
someone with a shaved head can still be really femme
hair is hair.

I personally don't think pixie cuts look good on women unless they have very delicate pixie like facial features. Small noses, large eyes, high cheekbones and flat foreheads. They really recommend them for heart shaped or oval faces.  I would say for myself that my face is too long and my nose too large for one.
