I really like the Master from Doctor Who. I'm considering trying to find the old series to see more of this character.

Search dailymotion.com for "matrixarchive" and "tardismedia"... It took me 8 months to go through all of it.  I'll check back with you in January :)

Gonna go see Jurassic Park 3D tomorrow with my friend, can't wait! :D

Also, loving all the add-ons for Skyrim. Got through the main quest line of Dawnguard and now I'm roaming Solstheim.
The house building mechanic of Hearthfire is pretty addicting...

So what's happy me today?

Easy things, take my coffe at my favourite coffe shop, "El Sauco" and commiting some venial sins time to time like eating chocolate palms, or taking a hot chocolate with "churros" for breakfast, (i don't know how to explain what are churros for not spanish people, hehe, these are fluted flour rolls folded to form loops and fried in oil).

Anyway one of my biggest pleasures last week was to do all my paperwork once time i got my true ID and passport, asks a new driving license, change my social security records, my bank accounts, changing my name in my WILL, (oh my God, yes i have written a WILL, i expect nobody reads this document in a lot lot years, hehe)

These are my two cents

A few weeks ago I saw this beautiful pair of blue and purple oxford shoes at Target for $20. They didn't have my size, so I didn't get them and was sad. Today I was at a different Target and found them, in my size, for $8. Needless to say, they came home with me. I don't know when I'll have the chance to wear them, but for $8 if I wear them once or twice I'll have gotten my money's worth.

That, is bloody awesome. :D

My happy thing: Went to Arboretum. Saw flowers. It rained. Had a nice chat with an elderly lady; I can't tell if she thought I was male or female but I really hope female. :)

I took the family dog to In-N-Out burger today for dinner.

He ordered a plain cheeseburger.  He thought it was delicious.

I had a sleep study done last October, and it was discovered that I got no Stage 4 (R.E.M.) sleep.  My sleep apnea was keeping me in Stage 1 and Stage 2 sleep the entire time.

In order to do a sleep study you have to be able to fall asleep! .....  ???  herein is my basic problem, I think you missed what I actually said, I was serious when I said 16 hours of sleep in 6 MONTHS I have actually slept 16 hours since oct 31 I have been adding up the hours

I am allergic to most medications that you take to sleep. All  of the imidazopyridine class cause memory loss and suicide risk. benzodiazepines carry a similar risk. of suicide they mess with my head. tricyclic antidepressants cause Gran-Mal seizures. All other anti-depressants were tried and were as effective as water in helping sleep. Then we tried Phenobarbitol and that just put me in a lot of pain but no sleep, Silinor was ineffective,   I have tried herbal remedies, Melatonin, benadryl, Yoga, Meditation and a combination of all of the above all to no avail

The only thing that did do anything at all was one time my insurance did a one time visit to an acupuncturist it worked for about a week, but they will not cover any more visits they decided it was not a covered thing, they only cover allopathic medicine  :'(

I need to tell you I have Fibromyalgia. I also suffer severe PTSD.
