Why are my sleeves sticking up and out?

Okay folks, I've got an annoying wardrobe malfunction going on and I don't know why. You see, the sleeves on every one of my shirts like to flare out wildly as opposed to hugging snugly to my arms like they should:

I'm paranoid that my shoulders are just too broad to fit into any girl shirts. My sister on the other hand says that it's because I have no breasts to fill the shirt out, and her evidence is in this second picture:

So does anyone have any advice? How can I stop my shirts from flailing outwards? Thanks in advance.

To be honest, some of my shirts do that and I unfortunately have C's.  Some shirts just fit weird if they are lightweight.

It's because the sleeves are short.  Too short = not enough fabric weight to make them hang properly.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Well it's not happening too bad with the Aeropostale top you have on in your profile I don't think your shoulders are too broad at all, TBH.

Yeah, that shirt is relatively newer than the one in this picture. I realized that I was just wearing one size too big, and now the whole issue just seems silly to me. My new clothes fit just fine. (Although now I have three shirts that I want to get rid of... Maybe I can tailor them down smaller)
