I have hear some rumers that even cis men packs, used socks to put into their boxers. For photoshoots or modelling just so they have a better looking bulge.

I'm sure some have...but why not, there are cis women who stuff or wear padded bras.

It just nice knowing we aren't really alone, as most is worried about how we look or pack but cis guy worry as well.

No matter who they are, everyone has insecurities. I don't pack because for me it's just an unnecessary nuisance. I wear baggy cargo shorts or pants most of the time. If I'm at a pool I'm far more worried about my binder showing through my wet shirt than I am about a lack of bulge. That is my only worry about having top next year...will all of my dysphoria head South of the boarder?

I've never had an issue with not packing. Well, I take that back...a friend of my gf's said something to me at a pool once (I think she said it because the water was freezing). She said "geez, your shorts are flat in the front". I just said, "He's little but he's pretty. My gf's going to bronze him and put it on the mantel when I die." She just laughed and said I was stupid...and that was that. My gender was never even questioned.

one of my friends used to stuff his groin with a sock when we got to a party. not sure if it where simple fun or he thought his penis would look bigger?

Insecurity about penis size is super common.  You can even buy padded jocks to enhance your bulge in the way padded bras enhance a woman's breasts. 

almost every website that sells mens underwear offers enhancement products. Usually its a pair of undies with padding in the front. Ive also seen plastic inserts that guys can slip in and make their junk look bigger. look up 'shock jock' underwear.

The little inserts look like not very realistic ...

Yeah i agree. I think its meant to stay in the underwear at all times.

It's obviously not something a lot of guys talk about but it's possible to lose genitalia in traumatic injuries. I know a guy who uses the same STP packer I do because of an injury he sustained on a spiked fence as a young kid, so he has a sorta shorter stump left over (he needs a little more length to use the urinals). This happens to plenty of folk in the military caught in explosions and the like too. And not all of them jump into surgical options for the same reasons that not all transmen jump to it. My mate has no interest in it because of the scarring where they take the skin from. The way he sees it, he can cope as is and he just has to work a little harder elsewhere to please the ladies .

So not only do men enhance, packers aren't just for transmen.
