1. Is it possible to ejaculate?
2. What is urethral lengthening and what does it do besides letting you stand to pee?
3. Will you still need to pack (If small)?
4. How big  is the largest possible size?  (Erect)
5. Will it  pass in public bathrooms well?
6. How long does it take to complete?
7. Will you be nocked out during surgery? I mean, it's less gory than phallo, right?
8. Do you masturbate  like cismales to receive erections?
9. Will there be any use for condoms (I mean, sure no sperm, but like for oral risks)?
10. Does it receive pain as much as a cismale penis?

I have not had bottom surgery, but I will answer these the best way I can.

1. Yes it is possible for some men to ejaculate as long as the Skene's Gland (female prostate) remains intact.

2.  As far as I know, it's only needed to let you stand to pee.  If you don't want to be able to stand to pee, then there's no need of getting it.

3.  Metoidioplasties are typically small.  The decision to pack lies with the man.  After a metoidioplasty, some men don't feel the need to pack since they now feel complete while other men may feel the need to pack.

4.  On average, 3 is the largest size erect, though I've see one be around 4 inches erect.

5.  I've heard of men passing in locker rooms with a metoidioplasty.  I believe part of that is also the confidence knowing that there's something in between the legs.  As far as the mens room is concerned, I don't think many guys are checking out other men's penises, but yes I say it could pass in most situations.

6.  Depends on how many stages you have done and what you have done.  It could be a few months up to a year.

7. Yes

8.  Yes, one could possibly mastubate like a cismale, just on a smaller level and not using the entire hand.  Then again, not all cismales masturbate the same.

9. I haven't seen condoms in a metoidioplasty size but there's always dental dam if one is concerned.

10.  Since most people who get a metoidioplasty done is not born a cismale, it is difficult to know exactly what kind of pain a cismale would have.  However, where there are nerves hooked up, there is a possibility of pain.

1. Is it possible to ejaculate? Yes.  Meta does nothing to make you ejaculate; if you currently don't (some female bodied people do, they 'squirt') then you can google ways to help you do that.  I never did ejaculate pre-meta; however several times post-meta I have.  These were times I was way overstimulated and I was surprised (pleasantly) when it happened.  I haven't figured out a way to make it happen every time, nor do the tips for f-bodied people seem to help.

2. What is urethral lengthening and what does it do besides letting you stand to pee? It allows full closure of the hole.  You can't get the hole closed if you don't have urethral lengthening as you can't cover up your urethra.

3. Will you still need to pack (If small)?  Yes, if that is important to you.  Mostly I don't; but sometimes I want to sport a typical bulge, or heck occasionally I want to really pack. 

4. How big  is the largest possible size?  (Erect)  Whatever your growth size is.  I stretch to just under 3" when erect, but if I let go it goes back to approx. 2".  What you see on T is what you get, just reconfigured.  there is no lengthening because they keep the nerves etc intact.

5. Will it  pass in public bathrooms well? I have never been naked in a public restroom but it did pass with a physician.  I think it would have passed at my last intimate encounter without disclosing but he had seen my chest scars first.  It's small, like a child's.

6. How long does it take to complete? I had mine done in one stage in one procedure, which I believe was 4-5 hours or so.  Healing took 8 weeks.

7. Will you be nocked out during surgery? I mean, it's less gory than phallo, right? Yes, you are out, totally.

9. Will there be any use for condoms (I mean, sure no sperm, but like for oral risks)? There are no condoms that fit; I suppose a finger cot might work. 

10. Does it receive pain as much as a cismale penis?  Yes it is sensitive like a penis.  It feels just like what you've got now.
