I did buy a jar of it, opened the jar and looked, and lost all desire to ever try and use it.

I was specifically told by my gynecologist to NOT use the stuff even though one of her colleagues had suggested it!!  The difference was, my Gyno had had training in dealing with Post Ops.

I've just kind of stuck with K-Y and the Target version of that. Water-based lubricant cleans up easily with baby wipes.

does your ky kind of get sticky after some time? comparatively qc just dries up...

Oil based lubricants can break condoms as well, you should only stick with water based lubricants.

I've used coconut oil and like it a lot. It's just a bit messy is all. I don't use condoms with it either. I just clean my dilators with soap and water before and after use. Both my GP, and my surgeon have said it was fine to use after 3-4 months.

Best lube ever: WET Platinum. It's not cheap, but it's water-cleanable, condom safe, does not get sticky, and a little goes a long way.

Fair warning....this stuff is REALLY slippery. Have a towel handy or you won't be able to grip anything.

You can get it at Walmart, BTW.

It's not bad to wash off at all. Being silicone based, you can't use it with silicone based toys / dilators, but it is recommended for use by natal women post hysterectomy..which leads me to think it might be fine for our purposes.

I dunno about dilation but coconut oil is great as a night-time moisturiser. So if suddenly have a spare jar, because You did not like for dilation - dont throw it away - use it on Your face instead!  /ugh... what did I just say???/

No It gets absorbed by skin very fast - You just need to be very delicate and apply very small amount of it and then as it melts on Your skin just rub it in everywhere
