Ok about six weeks ago i sent off a Deed poll to T-mobile so that they could change over my name and gender. after 4 weeks of no action i decided to phone them. (Ever want to be easily stressed try phoning t-mobile and try to actually get a person on the other end). anyway the phone call didnt go well. i wont go into details as would take all night. But lets just say they where completely incompetent. after an hour the lady convinced me that a manager would phone me back within the hour.  Three days passed and no phone call. so i went online and got the email for the CEO. i sent a long email explaining the situation and that if somthing wasnt done i would seek legal advice.

This afternoon i got a phonecall from the CEO himself profusley apologizing for the problems caused and said that all my details had now been changed as he had done it himself. I get the feeling he was very worried that i was going to sue them for discrimination.

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
