I haven't transitioned yet but the things I'm most looking forward to are being treated like a female in public and being comfortable in my own skin. I've always been so self conscious because I never knew how to be a man so I was always really shy and quiet because I was afraid to be myself. I can't wait until I can let my female personality show and not worry about people judging me. Oh and having long beautiful hair too. I used to wear shirts on my head when i was younger trying to pretend lol. I was blessed with thick hair, now I just have to grow it out.

The feeling of my hair touching the part of my back that I cannot reach.

~swoooshhh~~swoooshhh~~

I could do this all day. It gives me chills similar to moving my legs around in fresh sheets. Wonderful!

1: The Demon Dysphoria not chewing my face off is pretty nice.

2: Not struggling so much with body and facial hair. (Still abit of a pest stupid hairy dad genes... ¬.¬)
3: Dying my hair is easier. (As a boy it got greasy quicker and you had to wash it more hence dye problems)
4: Not worrying about my hair *falling out*
5: Lower sex drive is such a relief.
6: Not sweating or stinking as much.

What a fun topic haha! I'm going to start transitioning soon but till then I'm looking forward to being happy, being much more comfortable in my body, and being less hairy  :-\.
Trying to take it one day at a time :)

I hope, a laundry list of factories have announced they are coming off decreased production, but i have herd it to many times recently and it didn't last either...hopefully this time it's long term but as long as people keep choosing foreign cars over American made and American built ill still be looking for a job.

Looks like GM and especially Chrysler are turning it around from what I have heard. That whole "Imported from Detroit." concept paid off I guess. Also, what happens if you have been on hormones for a while and you stop taking them (if you don't mind me asking)?

Well i haven't really noticed many backwards changes....my waist is still higher then normal, i still have the buds but they have softened up a lot and stopped hurting with every single bump. I have noticed the random and morning erections started up again and my sweat stinks again, but all stuff that can be quickly fixed again after 2 months back on hormones.

I would pay a whole year's salary for a permanent self monitoring hormone implant that lasted the rest of my life. Like a pacemaker with girl juice in it.

Holy wow that would be... the best.

amen to that jenny. i would even be happy if i could get the implant in my shoulder like some people have. 6 months of low maintenance estrogen would be divine.
Hi! I'm Corwynn Jade, but you can call me Wynn. :-*

I don't really enjoy it. For one it's a pain to always forget my evening pill and get back up from bed for it. And it's also disadvantageous to be taking pills, although it's not the only delivery method that has this problem: your hormone levels spike unnaturally throughout the day, and for long periods of time, between pills, it's significantly lower. Not only does this possibly pose an issue with blood tests, but it's also probably not the best for me. Not to mention that in the evening, I often feel the lower hormone levels. And of course, that feeling isn't a good one.

An implant would be dreamy. Although two surgeries a year, however small, to renew it, would be annoying. I wish there were permanent ones. Like, something that would actually produce estrogen from compounds found in blood.

Gonna need the works for that: vulva, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. I wish I had some of those  ;D Of course, even if it was possible which I don't think it ever will be anytime soon or ever, you are going to have to go under the knife for it.
