Has anybody else had a lot of difficulty using the medicine spoon due to the amount of growth they have had?
I find my d**ck just gets in the way now. Does anyone have a simple solution?

I am considering ordering a nipple stp or something like that instead.

I had quite a bit of growth and never hada problem with the medicine spoon. Maybe you could try holding it in another position, lower or higher or a different angle.
