Do you ever have those days when you just feel attractive? Or those days when you don't? I feel so hot today. But yesterday I felt like a gremlin because I couldn't get my hair to behave properly and do what I needed it too

Haha yes.   My hot phases seem to last about 15 minutes though (which is typically how long I last between seeing myself in the mirror - which explains that!)

Well if it was just because of hair, mine is possesed and does what it wants to no matter how much crap I use in it. Think Madusa in Greek mythology except I've never turned anyone in to stone though or not yet anyway.

I have days where I feel not so ugly versus days that I feel pretty darned ugly. 

I have days where I am all happy and bouncy, dancing and smiling...and I know I look good on those days...


...Then there are other days, when I just want to have a big paper bag over my head...

I read my own posture and body language in the mirror, and that can start a negative feedback loop.

On the other hand, if I will remember to stand confidently and roll shoulders slightly back before I look (even if faking it) I often charm my own socks off.

This factor trumps hair and clothes even.

+1 for posture. And practicing a flirty-eye helps, too.

Wearing high heels always makes me feel sexy. Wearing skirts boosts that feeling.

When I have to wear men's formal dress, it is stressful. And when people comment that I look better with those men's dress, I fall in misery.

I wish I had those days. I only have days when I feel ugly as opposed to so ugly I can't leave the house as opposed to so ugly I want to die and I broke mirrors that I didn't even look at.

I'm kidding. I have days where I feel prettier then others and it inevitably has to do with my hair. I hate my hair. I should just give up on the inverted bob and go back to a pure pixie cut. I think look best in my reflection in windows lol my reflection could not pass as a guy and sometimes it just stuns me how femme I look when I'm staring into glass when the El train goes underground. Around the same time I started noticing this is around the same time I started passing. God I can't wait til I'm a year on HRT and not four months. I must really annoy people since a lot of trans women want nothing more then to pass and I won't be satisfied until I'm pretty.
