You can try thinning out your brows a bit, and letting your hair grow, especially the back.  The bangs are exactly where they need to be.

 You've got a nice body to work with, and being 5'8" is always nice. You don't have girl curves, though, and you're hot for a boy, at best.

hah no i don't shave at all. this is my natural body. i'm like the least hairiest 'boy' in my year. lucky me. i want to ask my mum if I can shave my legs but she will probably say no so people don't tease me

Hehe, I'm just like you! Still, the little amount of hair I have bothers me, so I shave it. My mom doesn't agree with me shaving either, just like your's, so I just don't let her know about it

I think that you'll do well on hormones if you get on them now!

As for a femme physique... not yet, lol. 

For someone who is supposed to be a guy, you look pretty feminine. As for sexy... well, dunno, a face is hardly something I can describe as "sexy" in any case. Not sure what you mean.

But like 95 % trans women, it's gonna be hard if you don't get HRT.

Ha ha. Yes! You seem to have a nice and healthy body. But, posture may be more important in presenting as a girl. Although I am not on HRT, I can make myself look like having girlish body curves by taking various postures. You may try it, and decreasing your girth a little bit more will help.

You are young, so your look is naturally androgynous, for the time being.  You do not show evidence of much damage from male puberty.  In that you are lucky.

If your therapist agrees with a gender dysphoria diagnosis, it would be good to get on to puberty blockers.

ur body dosnt look that feminine. it just goes straight, very little difference between ur waist and hip, but ur not on hormones so u have an excuse . im not on hormones eather but I have 32"25"35" measurements,  im 5'7, and weigh 125 lbs but I guess im just lucky.
