So idk why but i keep getting what can best be referred to as pimples on the inside of my thigh that are very painful and annoying. They started happening when i made the switch from boxers to panties and if anyone has any advice on how to prevent them im all ears.

Uhmm sounds like a case of friction or ingrown hairs. I would say to use some lotion and exfoliate.

If you are shaving in the area, it could be ingrown hairs.  There are a gazillion internet topics on how to avoid ingrown hairs after shaving.

Don't have to shave there, just bikini area...but i have noticed that since i still wear boys clothes when not at home (part time really blows) that there is a little more friction there that isn't there when wearing womens bottoms. Did i say part time really blows?? Cuz if not part time really blows.

So i showed a friend that spot and she agreed, it is friction related and said she gets them all the time when wearing skirts and dresses. She then went on to say "welcome to the pains of being a bigger girl"

One thing you might want to try is different undergarments. If you are going to wear skirts maybe wear thos control panties that go a few inches down the thigh. it might be enough to provide that barrier and relieve some friction. I know they dont have the same appeal or feel of normal panties. But your inner thighs might thank you?  ;D

Im considering it already. We looked into shapewear but once we saw how expensive they are she is gonna check to see if she has a pair she doesn't wear anymore and see if they fit me.

If money is a problem you could always wear pantyhose with the skirt or dress. That has worked for me in the past as well. Although sometimes they aren't the most stylish thing to wear with the outfit. Also, I was able to get some cheaper shapewear from target and walmart. It doesn't last a really long time but they work just the same. Oh and TJ Max or Marshalls are great too. Sometimes you can find them really cheap on  the clearance rack. (TMI alert?) I use them to tuck and they are great for that. I never really liked any other method. So because of that, I am always on the lookout for them. Hopefully that helps. From personal experience I know how painful and annoying it can be.  :-\  Good Luck!

Well its not just that, part of the problem is that im still part time so the lower crotch of mens jeans and shorts is part of the problem, so the shapewear would help more because it can be under my clothes but keep the thigh to thigh friction to a minimum.

I am also part time. The duality of our situation sucks more then I have words to describe. When I present as a male I normally wear slacks or tighter jean. It might be that you need to get a different fit of jean or find the shapewear fast. For me I just always wear the shapewear. But my goal is to be full time by the new year. So homefully my 1 year FT requirement will go into effect then. ;D
