Hello everyone! This is my first post. Yee!
I am currently about to start estro and t blockers to start my transition before I start coming out in public. Im very manly :( lots of body hair wide shoulders and all that also I'm a little chubby so that doesn't help :(( I've tried doing my makeup but I'm not very good at it yet. I would love to find someone local I can connect with and maybe get some pointers from?
Either way I hope to hear from folks here. You are welcome to pm me if you want to talk :)

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Welcome Christinaaaa (with 4 "A's").  A warm welcome to you.  We have quite a few Texans on the site.  I am an ex-Dallasite.

I was in high school at the time, and my family moved.  Had something to do with the end of the Ice Age  ;)  (I'm old!)

Lol!  Im only 23 so I missed that ice age I guess.
Its just hot here now.
Im hoping that my age will be a good thing in all this. Even though im pretty masculine. hoping that will be fixed easily by hormones. Knock on wood.
I know facial hair is going to have to be lasered but what about body hair? Will it thin and recess to a female patern? Basically nothing.

I can direct you to the Hair Removal board for a wide variety of topics along that line.  Hair Removal

Facial hair differs from body hair.  Dark hair and light skin respond well to laser removal.  Light-colored facial hair, red, blonde, and gray generally have to be removed with electrolysis.

In my own case, the type of anti-androgen I was on lessened my already sparse body (terminal) hair.  I only have a few vellus hairs on my legs, and very thin torso hair - which is nice, because I hate body hair.

But that is not the norm.  Epilating is an option on non-facial body hair. (Make sure you have a couple of stiff drinks before you try it the first time.)

Welcome from the McAllen/Brownsville/South Padre Island Area (unless I say SPI, most people ask "where?")!

Congratulations on a wonderful child! I hope to have a few of my own one day too!

As to passing Christina, you have good reason to be hopeful! I'm 32 and still have hope for myself, you are in a great place to start!
