I was just wondering what FFS I could have now (even when changes from HRT have not started to happen)? What things can't HRT change?

It wasn't till the other day, that I realised how different a man's face is to a woman's. So I now know that I really do need FFS.

Ffs cannot change your bones.

Can change shape in subtle ways to the point no
One can belwive it's you in a drivers

Generally we all get the same things
Forehead reconstruction with brow bossing
Or forehead bossing with remodelling
Or what ever tem is chick with the docotr

Feminizing rhinoplasty maybe open

Lip lift. 
Mandible reduction with jaw and chin remodelling

And last but not least.  Trachea shave..

Some are mandatory. Others are optional

Hope you don't mind me responding since I'm not exactly an expert on FFS but I do know some things about the NHS.

If my memory serves, aren't you attending a private clinic and getting some treatment at CHX? In which case, I'd recommend talking to your therapist about your options, how long you'd have to wait etc. But in general, I'd reckon that it'd be pretty darn unusual for FFS to be offered on the NHS before you've completed your RLE & been on HRT for a while. Especially via CHX.

Maybe your private Gender Therapist can get things moving more quickly? It's worth phoning or emailing them to check.

Bone work is what say go for of you want to do it now. Like chin/jaw work and brow work

Well I am seeing doctors who work at CX. But I would want to pay for FFS myself. Even if the NHS were to fund my FFS, i'd end up wanting years. Still not even with CX yet. Even though my other appointments in London will be at CX, I would still not be with them, if you understand. I have not re started HRT yet. Not seeing my GP till 19th.

As for trachea shave, you can't even notice my adams apple, so do I still need it done?

If you can skip the Adam's apple shaving I say do it

If you're happy to pay for it yourself, there are plenty of private cosmetic surgery clinics in the UK (you know, the ones who advertise on the telly all the time). A quick Google search for 'ffs surgery uk' brings up a bunch of clinics and some reviews of them. You could easily contact a couple of them and ask for a free consultation - but please be aware that the consultant isn't always medically qualified.
