Fat cells don't just travel around the body depending on your hormones. You need to lose weight and burn off the old fat, and the new fat will usually go to the more male places (of course, it all depends on genetics as well; some cis guys have very femme figures).
I'm lucky that because of my PCOS (I'm assuming), my fat redistributes very quickly. Within 4 months of starting on female hormones, I went from an almost 34B to a full 34D. I stopped the female hormones between two and three months ago now and am already between a 34B and C, and my hips are pretty close to being gone already as well (basically all that's left now is my hip muscle, which will take much longer to disappear). However I know this is very rare, and quite frankly don't even know how it's possible myself. :/
It all depends on the individual, but working out frequently will help speed up the results, and T will help burn the fat from mostly female places. If you find you're having trouble burning fat in some spots, Youhimbine HCl is supposed to be good at targeting hard to lose spots.
