Idk? It's hard to say for sure? It's based on hight weight and body fat percentage normally.if you measure that it will let you know what your working with. But maybe up to 8 lbs or like 1000-1200 cc each side? I'm just guessing though for tou

I've had FFS with him as well and had good results.
