Can you get your license changed once SS is changed?

driver's license depends on the state. Some states are easy and require a letter from a doctor or therapist. Some require the letter from the surgeon. The SSA change is pretty much nation wide that is the cool thing

Christine McGinn (love that woman!) did my surgery last November, and I've put off my social security gender marker change.....lots of other things going on in my life.  I was just about to start the court order, for vital records, for ss, yadayadayada, when I saw this on facebook.  Whoa!  What!  No ->-bleeped-<-!  I'm going next week with my letter!  Hoo ray for everyone's hard work!
