After much saving I finally have enough to get FFS done.  I plan on going to Dr. Lazaro Cardenas because he is affordable and seems really good.  I would like some second opinions on what I should have done.  I am pretty sure I need everything I can get...

I'm not very good with this kind if stuff but I'm sure he will say brow work. He will recommend the right formula of surgeries for you though. Don't worry. Your pics don't look bad. From looking I can tell you have good results with your surgery. Your face is so feminizeable

The reply depends very much on the sort of face you want to have but based on some "generally accepted" criteria concerning morphological differences between male and female faces, by order of importance I would say:

Forehead & orbital recontouring
Brow lift and scalp advance. (+ maybe some hair implants afterwards)
Chin height reduction (genioplasty) + limited jaw recontouring (adapting to new chin height as the overall shape of your face is pretty neat! )
Upper lift lift.

You have a very good nose BTW and while you might like to have the end turned up a little more, I wouldn't do anything too radical if I was you.

Absolutely no tracheal shave.

Last  remark, if you haven't already been on HRT for a good couple of years, I strongly suggest you do that before considering FFS. I can make quite a significant difference to cheeks, lips etc.. ie soft tissues.

Warm regards.

I would saw engage the services of a vFFS expert.

Keep in mind that you don't have to do all procedures at once. Seems to me like you would benefit most from having forehead recontouring but yes, definitely consult with your surgeon. Good luck.
