Found a penny today

I passed. I actually passed. As in the guy knew I was a guy, but didn't know I was trans. Even though I look like a girl and he has heard my annoyingly high voice.

congrats - always a very validating experience. It feels like external confirmation.

Taking something to calm me down. I love this stuff. It slightly numbs the mental pain by interacting in a weird way with my medication. If only i had something stronger. I usually stay away from it. It is prescription stuff for a reason.

I recently started talking to this girl and somehow we got on the topic of transition at lunch one day, so I sucked it up and told her and she was just so cool about it. She said she knew already but didn't really care cause "people are people and its who you are, and you're pretty great". And we've been talking pretty much nonstop since Friday. We skyped for over 9 hours last night and we both fell asleep on camera after coming to the realization that we are so much alike that its like talking to ourselves. And shes just perfect. We're having lunch at the hospital tomorrow (we both volunteer there, her tuesdays and fridays and me on wednesdays and fridays) and I'm really excited for where this goes!

There's a thunderstorm outside. I like thunderstorms. And it's raining hard. It's not sunny. That makes me happy.

Our trial seems to be going well, I feel quite optimistic that we're going to win.  Also, I am always happy hearing Hanan's singing. 

Someone brought me some fresh shrimp they caught last night for letting them get some gas yesterday morning an hour before we opened. It was more than I needed, so after deheading them, I took some over to my bosses house for her.

No, he got his little head pinched off right after the pic. He's going to be dinner one day soon along with all his little friends. I do have a few sore fingers from doing it though, they've gotten soft over the last several years.

I watched Holes and was reminded that I should get the book. I like that book. I also feel more ok with having poofy hair after being reminded of my favourite character.

Well it was "today" a few days ago. Anyway I just threw on a male T shirt, shorts and a touch of make up for the flight home from Spain". The stewardess said to me "Your seat is right there madam" then later to my wife and I, "Would you like to buy some duty free ladies?"

This pleased me then I thought perhaps they were filming a new advert for Spec-savers.   (This may just be a UK gag)
