I'm back from my keyhole in Baltimore with Dr. Fischer! She is truly wonderful. I just showed it to my little brother -- "Wow! No scars!" The nipple placement was perfect, there's hardly any swelling, and I'm completely flat with no pleats or irregularities! I can finally take a shower now that the drains are out, too. Sweet relief.

Anyway, I highly recommend Dr. Fischer. She's, well, the best -- at least for keyhole. I don't know if I like the look of her double incision, though, but for the keyhole procedure, it's the best thing since the real deal. She and the nurses are very kind and very professional.

I'm so excited! As soon as I get the vest off and the scars look pretty good and I can exercise, I'm going to the local pool. Woohoo!

P.S. God, it's humid in Baltimore! I've got to learn to appreciate Oregon!

Good goin bro. I've seen afters of keyhole procedures, and they seemed...lumpy. Can I ask how big you were preop? Are there really no lumps left afterwards?

This was a big, big concern of mine. I didn't want to go with the keyhole because the procedures I saw didn't look good. They had lumps and pleats and ugly stuff. But I went on transster.com and checked out some of Dr. Fischer's work, and it really looked good. I don't think I'd trust it to another doctor, but Fischer's stuff is really incredible. I was an A before, and I don't have any lumps or anything now. My mom was really impressed! I'll probably post some results pics soon so you guys can see how it turned out. I think the main reason some keyhole/peris turn out badly is that the doc tries to do it on patients that are too big. I don't think it's a good idea for anyone above a small B. They have to cut away more loose skin, and you get puckering.

Now the only thing I have to do is get ripped so I can make the flabby guys at school jealous!

By the way, if you haven't guessed, I'm so happy!
