With news that Taco Bell is taking one step closer to inflicting waffle breakfast tacos on the nation, we figure it is time for a look at the nation's nastiest novelty fast foods. Yum.

Sorry but I'll pass on that menu. The only two things that sounds edible too me are the McRib and the lobster roll. But I have no problem not eating them.

I think I would add to the list the "Humdinger" - a double chili cheeseburger topped with sliced hot dogs.

Formerly made by Pete's Grandburger in downtown Los Angeles (moment of silence).

I want to try the donut breakfast sandwich, grilled cheese burger melt, Denny's fried cheese melt, a cronut, a bacon sundae, chicken wings, pancake sausage bites, and a pasta bread bowl.  :laugh:

I don't do much fast food anymore but every now and then I get a craving for a JumboJack with cheese add bacon with a side of onion rings and I use to love their cheesy bacon potato wedges

Since I've been learning to cook I find that I can make a better version of just about anything on any fast food menu for less $$$$$

I also think most of the options listed sound pretty nasty  :P

I've not had any of those as I don't eat at fast food places that often. I usually prefer the food at local grills and restaurants and none of those are very fast...

For fast food, I like Qdoba, their burritos are good. Though is it fast food since they don't have a drive-thru?

I also like Cosi's, but I am not sure if they're fast food either. They're kind of like a Panera Bread.

Taco Bell - 7 layer Burrito - el fresco minus the guacamole' sauce - this way it is Vegan  :angel: (the sauce has dairy in it)

Aren't half the layers dairy lol? It basically becomes a 4 layer burrito beans, lettuce, tomato and rice

;D  that is what the el fresco option does - you don't know about that? it removes the cheese and sour cream and adds a layer of fresh salsa instead this makes if Vegan  ;D (but ONLY if you remember to tell them to also remove the guacamole sauce because that ALSO has dairy in it most of them don't  know this) so it is actually a 5 layer burrito and they add more of the stuff to make up for it  ;D the only other place in town to go that is easy is Chipotle

there is another sit down restaurant, but it is far more expensive and not fast food

So no sour cream and cheese either.  That actually sounds pretty good.

I make my burritos at home with cuban black beans.
