Harlow, The chin is pretty masculine, some FFS is in your future to correct that, the whiskers have to go, other than that you're darned pretty, love the lips!

Yes first to go is beard!!!  ;D

Is my jaw okay? Is it just the chin? I'm hoping HRT will do something if even just a little bit. My chin definitely has quite a bit of muscle or other soft tissue, maybe it will thin out??

Idk again that is the only thing that I'm concerned about, surgery sounds painful and expensive. But that is one thing I probably would do if HRT didn't help with it  :-\

Harlow, I seem to recall you posted that you were in your 30s.  You could have fooled me.  I would have guessed early-mid 20s

I think you're right but an eventual consultation with a FFS surgeon would be better advised for the real low-down on that fellow Seattle chickster!

Looking good, I think once your hair grows out (I'm assuming you want longer hair) it will really complete the look.  If you're not planning to grow it out longer, you might still have to do something different with it if you want to completely pass. :D

I'm seeing a lot of progress Julie. Your definitely getting a feminine shape to you. But there is one simple thing you can do to improve you pic and its completely free smile. ;)

I;m getting happy about how I'm developing and guess I forgot to smile lol. And yes I am now planning to grow my hair out but it's a painstakingly slow progress since it needs to be cut every other month to even the front out.

If you have a couple of hundred dollars to spend, consider virtual FFS.

Look at the link in the first reply.

Alright, I decided it's time I posted. Give me all you got. I apologize in advance for the terrible acne ): I've been working on it, not as much as I could, but I've been trying. It's just a pain in the ass to get rid of. No make-up, HRT, and real hair. I decided to take several to give more of an idea

To be honest, and maybe I'm just missing something, but besides the large, though not particularly manly, hands, I don't see anything male at all about your appearance.

Well, your shoulders are less of a tell than mine.  That's something I'm self-conscious about, though, and maybe a little too critical of.  The acne and beard-shadow you know about.  You've got lovely eyebrows, shape 'em and show 'em.

The biggest tell to me are your skinny lower cheeks.  While not male by themselves, they encourage me to do a bust-check.  You might have better luck with a bit more body fat (keep it healthy, though), or very likely on HRT.

The bust-and-figure check is how I gender you as male.  That top doesn't slim your waist, and plaid is (in my experience) surprisingly good at hiding breasts.  It's hard to see, but it does look like you have a bit of hip even so.

You're not as far away as you think.  There are some pretty strong optical illusions associated with gender, and you'll probably surprise yourself when your reflection flips over (if you haven't experienced it already).

In a nutshell, chick looks like a chick, though you could also pass as a guy too.  Eyebrows, maybe, if you want.

I scrolled through the whole thread and came to the conclusion that Anastasia passes as female, yet she seem to have the least confidence in herself.

@Both Really? This whole time I've been worrying that if I don't start HRT soon I won't ever look like a woman, that I'd be stuck as a man. This kinda lifts some weight off my shoulders.

Yeah, I shoulda chose a better top that showed my body type a bit more, but that was the only one that's mine that (I think), is the most fashionable. The problem with me gaining body fat, is making sure it gets to my face and not my belly. I mean, it's not noticeable, it just needs to be shaped into fitness. Though I suppose I could at least start trying to eat a bit more lol.
