Thanks for sharing...this article's sassy author and I share a military Alma mater! Made my day!

A Facebook friend shared that with me, and yes, it was a good read.
Well being TG is no treat, but becoming separated has sure caused me more trouble that being TG ever will be. So if I post, consider it me trying to distract myself from being lonely, not my needing to discuss being TG. I don't want to be separated a lot more than not wanting to be male looking.

I especially relate to #8: "I'm saying this with love..."

People say this just before they're about to condescend to or patronize me with some piece of advice that reveals they haven't made the effort to get the slightest clue about transgender.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

I am inclined to respond to #4 with #5 being the answer to why they think #4 actually only applies to me.

I personally think a lot of the #4 thinking people actually suffer from #5 more than any of us do that's for sure.

Ah yes, with love like that, I'd prefer dental surgery. But thanks.

Thank you Erin.  If it is not already posted somewhere in the News Section, it may get moved there.

It was a good read.
