If anyone has any experience with this one and can offer advice I'd be really grateful.

I took out a five year lease on some business premises end of 2011. I have a long contract with lots of legal jargon that I signed. Solicitor fees to oversee all this came to over £1000.00

Does anyone know what I need to do with this with regard to my name change? I don't want to have to make an appointment (or even have a tel convo) with the solicitor just to ask what needs doing as that alone will cost me a lot of money (I think their rates were around £250 an hour!!!). I am hoping I can find out exactly what I need to do and make an appointment and just do it so I don't incur too many costs.

Also, I'm assuming my landlord will also need to make changes and that his will be with his solicitor. Who then pays for that? It's not his fault I'm doing this, but obviously am not going to offer to pay his fees as well!

Anyone know anything?

Thanks peeps :)
