Thank you to all of you. It was actually one of the happiest birthday's of my life. This time last year I was still recovering from FFS done early August and only just beginning to publicly assume my identity.
One year later, everyone who counts in my life is aware of my situation, most have been very supportive and I got a whole load of greetings from people today wishing me well for what should be the home stretch this year.
Cherry on the cake, I'm just home from a great dinner with my wife in a very pretty restaurant in central Strasbourg where we were clearly taken for a couple of female friends from beginning to end.
By this time next year, every aspect of my transition should be complete and that too made it a very special day.
