We were thrilled this year when the Oregon Legislature acted on that value by banning discrimination against gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Oregonians and their families and by establishing domestic partnerships. Elise was present and proudly watched as Gov. Ted Kulongoski signed these bills into law.
