The right breast is growing faster than the left

Yes I know it happens. But it is still so weird.

Sorry I know this is like the umpteenth thread about this but I needed to get that out and not overwhelm my friends and family with such TMI moments.

Hehe, yes it happens. I had it also happening. Still is like that by the way - the left is slightly larger than the right. I did get implants eventually though, but since they are equal in size, the difference still is there. Its not much, but I notice it. I was told by various doctors however that this is something not unusual at all for any woman, though of course the beauty standard is symmetry

We do not have a heart in the right side. We were born asymmetric.

nah it's not weird. the female body that people think is mine too has the same feature. maybe because the chest muscles on the right get more work than the left, so it gets thicker

Thank you all. To me breast growth is just one of those nice perks. But it is a little strange after not having them for the last 35 years.

You are one of the lucky ones then.. I have been on Estrace for 2 years and i have nothing but buds. and yes one bud is bigger then the other. heh..

I still forget that they're there occasionally, remembering only when I throw around and end up bashing my chest against something!

My right one is bigger I hate it but its normal

irratating tho!!

I have noticed that certain bras hide the lack of symmetry, you can always try wear bras like that.

Oh yes - happened to me for many months after I got implants. I wonder if other girls get that too in puberty

Interesting to see that for most here , the right side is bigger. For me it is the left... wonder what makes that difference?

I think it's left for me too, and for some reason I don't seem to get growing pains on the right!!!

It might be something like our feet. My left foot is larger than my right. Both my breasts so far seem to have normal growth. So guess I'm lucky. Good luck & maybe the right girl can catch up soon.

Eventually, Your body will adapt and develop new reflexes and You WILL remember to be careful

. One of the tips - if You have some books or pads to carry around - keep them in front of Your chest. If You ever wondered at school why all the girls did carry their books that way... now You know the answer
