Well that's a very vague inquiry.  Are you asking about the possible dangers or successes or just people's thoughts?  By the fact that you said you need "advice" about it, I would assume you either are pregnant or are thinking of becoming pregnant.

The first question I would ask you is whether or not you are on testosterone at present or plan to be when/if you are pregnant.

pregnancy before or during a pause in hrt. before is more likely to succeed.
doing it before top surgery gives you a chance to breast feed the baby some rather important antibodies for a few months until you get on hrt. it's a pretty nice experience, and i know there are cis men who'd be thrilled if they could lactate enough to feed a baby some. nothing wrong with a guy doing it if he wants to.

but what advice was it that you really wanted?

If you're getting tested today (I presume by your doctor) then he or she will be able to advise you on what the next steps should be for you.

First of all, good for you for taking this stance (my personal opinion). Alright here are a few things ive heard

yes you can get pregnant
it is unlikely that you are pregnant if you are not having a regular menstrual cycle
if you are, you will need to stop testosterone (t can seriously harm the developing child)
