You got it right Elijah Ptown is pretty cool.

You have more time under your belt with transition but for me Portland is an oasis of acceptance.  I don't pass for crap but almost never get misgendered when out and about and folks are pretty casual.
Great parks, transit system (the MAX) and progressive politics.  Plenty of innovators but the job market can be competitive.

But actually I'm from Florida. This has got the be the only state with the most fickle weather ever! >.< One minute its rainin' cats and dogs out there and the next minute I fee like I'm not in Kansas anymore and got magically whisked away to the magical Land of Oz on a bright sunny day!  8) But it literally can happen within minutes. The weather here cannot seem to make up its mind and changes like a girl changes clothes. Lol!^^

"Changes its mind like a girl changes clothes" is a very common expression that means "changes often." Not sure if you're unfamiliar or if you're trying to make a point about the sexism/gender-based generalisation within the phrase, but either way, I'm don't think Phoenix specifically has a problem with women.
