So we wear uniforms at work, and about a month ago I found out I had some uniform allowance money just sitting around gathering dust so I ordered 5 (3x) women's shirts in red (which is really good with my skin tone--the other choice was black).

Got them today...first thing I did was make sure the whole order was there, pulled out one shirt, went straight to the women's shower room (only has room for one, it's not a communal shower) and tried it on...DANG! Better fit, no chest pocket (Yay!!), and my oh my it makes me look more like a woman than my old guy-shirts did. Different tailoring and fit, I guess. I wore it out of the shower and all the way home, crumpling up my guy-shirt and stuffing it into the bag...

Yeah, I'm happy.  :)

Yes, yes they do...of course, it's all in the mind, but that's the point, right? It makes me happy, so it is a Good Thing!

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
