There is a button under the letter B for bold. hit it. in between the two [ img][/img ] tages, you need to put the URL of the picture. This is the only way I know how.

You need to use a photo hosting site, Photobucket is popular and easy to use but there are several others that work really well also

Nice start for a fantastic figure, very pretty Kasihnya! You've been working on those abs and lats, that will pay dividends too because eventually a light layer of femme fat will cover and soften it so that the muscles will not be quite so defined but the finale results will be excellent midriff definition. Good job Miss!
