The IOC says it is "fully satisfied" anti-LGBT advocacy law doesn't conflict with Olympic charter.

Killy [chairman of the IOC Coordination Commission] said the commission reviewed the law for several days and decided "the IOC doesn't have the right to discuss the laws that are in place in the country hosting the games." The games kick off in Sochi on Feb. 7.
