Wassup everybody!
I have been reading for a while and just wanted to give a big appreciative THANK YOU for all the helpful information on this site.  I am almost two-weeks post-op from Garramone (YEAH!!! He is a truly gifted surgeon!) and reading everyone's experiences and healing process really calmed my jitters about the whole thing.

I front a rocknroll band that started touring across the US 2 mos out of the year but is based out of Hawaii.  Im the only gender outlaw in a crew of  masculine straight guys but we are all hugely supportive of ALL people who encompass the queer community.  Anyways thank you for being there for me and if rocknroll is your flavor... check out my band, KINGS OF SPADE!  Im looking forward to posting my surgery progress when i'm further along in the healing process.  Aloha!

Hi KC, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 7655. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Love your Band.

Welcome KC, I haven't yet had the chance to listen to your music but it's great to hear of Trans musicians enjoying life and success. Be sure to visit the Music board to hear some clips posted by some other members.

I finally got a chance to watch the video, it's really good!

I also visited the band website. I was wondering if you're stealth or out to fans and if you've been singing in this band since before you started taking T?

Hey, thanks.  I've been out as queer from 18 yrs old.  People just assume I'm a butch lesbian - I think.  I just go about being myself and don't really care too much how others make sense of me.  A muscular bod with a manly voice would be awesome but preserving my natural voice is way more important for me right now so... no T as of yet.  If anyone asks tho im openly transgender.

That's cool KC. Your voice sounds naturally deep enough where I just assumed you were on T.
