Today was something of a landmark event. I like buying something from a company called The Added Touch. They sell a very nice range of things, from clothing to accessories to nicknacks n such.

My t shirts, they are getting long in the tooth, I don't see them lasting forever. Been resisting the urge to buy knew, just plain anxieties over what to pick.

Today the lastest catalogue came in the mail and the same set of tees were in it still on sale (personally I don't think the regular price is the regular price hehe). But I thought, ok damn it a shirt for 10 bucks, well yeah I might be able to get male shirts for maybe a bit less when I am really lucky. So I decided ok I need shirts I have to get shirts, so I am buying shirts.

But, the wife chimed in she liked them too :) And it appears we need the same size (handy). I asked her, ok, I want new shirts and you like them too, and why not just buy them and call them 'our' shirts? Took her a few minutes to be convinced. But really, why kill ourselves over a nice opportunity eh. So I ordered one of each of the 5 colours.

The wife says though, if they turn out to be a good deal, she reserves the option to get another set and put her name in them :)

I think it is kinda funny though, being able to buy clothing with the idea we can share the clothes :)
We both needed the same size it appears, but, I don't expect to be this lucky in most articles. Besides, she's picky with some aspects of design.
Well being TG is no treat, but becoming separated has sure caused me more trouble that being TG ever will be. So if I post, consider it me trying to distract myself from being lonely, not my needing to discuss being TG. I don't want to be separated a lot more than not wanting to be male looking.

You just added a whole dimension to your marriage by the sharing of each others stuff

My wife and I share things too. Alas not clothing because she is petite and I am not, but other things like shaving gel and whatnot. It's a nice thing to do. And even though we don't share the clothes, it is nice to go shopping together in the same stores and departments.

"Our" clothing items, usually end up becoming her clothing items after awhile and then I need to get more because I don't have any left.

I would love to share clothes with him, but unfortunately he's twice my size. It's still cute to go through catalogues and find we want all the same stuff, though.

My wife gave me a bunch of her clothes, but we mostly gave up sharing because she gets annoyed that I tend to drop mine on the floor anywhere (she's come to terms with the habit, but it drove her nuts when shared stuff went AWOL). We lend each other clothes now but mostly quit having officially shared items. :) Plus even at similar sizes our coloring is different - I look better in lighter colors than she does.

It's wonderful to hear about others who share... my girlfriend and I have very different body types, but we certainly share accessories and jewelry.  Alas, shoe sharing is not an option (casting a long and envious stare at her shoe collection).

We also share makeup... premium stuff is more costly, but lasts longer, and we get double the mileage out of it. :)
