Ciara

Im home alone, wearing a really nice pink dress, a little eye pencil and lipstick. I feel pretty, I feel sexy and I feel so happy. I love being feminine. I wish I could wear bra and panties always.
I love being a girl.
I hope this doesn't sound childish but it just makes me happy!!!
I don't have a gender issue.
I love being a girl.

Ciara good for you.

I am also feeling something similar myself and love looking feminine though bit hard currently, I never really cross dressed but went shopping last week for some basic items.
Scary as heck but so much better than shopping for men's clothes, Now on E, I find a padded bra makes a huge difference protecting the first signs, ouch. Other items just feel so much more normal than having to go everyday in drag as a man all these years. Dressed like this feels so right. So far it is only at home but the day will come when will be FT.
The first week and half of E have only reaffirmed what I always knew and tried to hide from for so long.
It makes me so happy just like you Ciara.

Small steps.

So long and thanks for all the fish

Hi Jenny,
Its great that you are feeling happy too. Isn't it so much nicer to dress as a girl should instead of being in drag.
Its great to hear you have started E. I hope it will make a big difference for you.
Stay happy.

Jenny & Ciara,
Very happy for both of you! Also, and take this what ever way you like, a German friend once jokingly asked me what was the difference between a crossdresser and a transsexual?  Her answer, "about two years!"
Probably not always true but.... ;)

There is a child in all of us and it shows once we begin transition, you're sure not all alone in that respect hon. Enjoy your life!

Sadly, not yet, I'm still living in a rehab center type place. I can sign myself out for hours at a time if I want though and look forward to shopping for my own deodorant instead of being stuck with what the hospital gave me. I can even get to the library now.

Pretty dumb, really, but this made me happy. And gave me goosebumps. Short lived, probably, but I dun care:

I'm not the world's biggest fan of musical stage performance, in all honesty, but I find this to be utterly fantastic. And would SO love to see something like this live one day. It's just energising and... I don't know. It made me happy. I used to have the OST of this, and loved it immensely, but I lost the CD at some time. I may have to get it again.

Today started out shaky. I had a nightmare that I woke up crying from. But, later on, I went to Walmart and baught a bigger purse, some hard candies, chocolate ice cream, chocolate covered coconut Oreo's  and a t shirt withAriel, from the Little Mermaid on it. In sparkly red print it says, "Go ahead. Kiss the girl."
And I chatted with Caleb. He is a sweetheart. ^_^

Just did some counting and it seems this is my 74th day without smoking. ;)

And they say one can't go cold turkey without failing, hah.

I've been wanting an Ariel tee! She's my favorite princess... she wants to be something she isn't :D

I took my dog for a walk this morning when suddenly 4 deer ran out just feet in front of us to cross the road. Good thing I keep her on  leash.

Despite coming out to my mom and making her feel sad, she surprised me with a big surprise birthday party with over 30 people, family and friends. I felt moments of sadness, and I was happy at the same time.

Went out with my parents & kids. Everyone acted normally! There was a bit of tension, (I think... I felt it), but I still count that as a huge win! I was also invited for Thanksgiving & Christmas at their house... which is good (though we usually do Christmas breakfast here with everyone . . . so that's a change - but nothing terrible).

We're going to have to work it out with my 2bx-wife's side of the family too, and that may mean splitting up for some things, but at least it's something.

Two big, big worries lightened from my mind.

I'm happy because everyone is finding what minimal support I give them, even if it is just a smile, to be extremely helpful :)
Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.

That's because you're more helpful/insightful than you think. ;)
