Missy~rmdlm

Good morning. I though I'd drop in one of these nice little intro posts with a bit about myself.

I am seeking to continue muddling my way through life. This is complicated by various aspects, like GID. As such, how do I get from here: single(divorced), in St Louis, employed, and past transition. To: Married, in Hawaii, retired, and having a far more interesting daily maintenance session that a pack of dilators would suggest.
I have participated in another forum, but I feel it's time to visit Susan's more often, with an account. I'm not a huge poster, I do look forward to participation here.

Hugs,
Missy

Hello, missy and welcome. You won't regret joining, I've only been on here a little while, and I feel pampered by how nice all the people are on here.
I'm not sure all of what you mean, though, By past transition, does that mean you've already completed transition, or feel that you're too old?
Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.

Welcome to the site, hon. *hugs*

You don't have to be a huge poster. Just wander around the boards and say whatever's on your mind in whatever catches your interest. :)

Oh details, details... I stay away from verbosity whenever possible. "Past transition" in my case means, I have seen doctors for a while, assessed making changes in my life(like losing my ex,) taken/used various treatments, changed my name, and scheduled a little surgery on 4-16-2014.

Hugs,
Missy

OK, got it.
To me, it sounds like you're well on your way. I'm sorry to say, though, that not everyone is lucky enough to retire in Hawaii :P

That's all been read, thanks. As a lurker here for some time I'm glad to have nice list of easy going rules. I count that most forums of sensitive nature will have a probationary start. I'm not terribly cagey about personal information. My profile will get filled out in due time.

Hugs again,
Missy
