I've never understood why T growth isn't bigger than what people say because as far as I'm aware it can only reach 2 to 3inches but I've also heard it genetics can determine size, Know as a young man I sometimes get insecure because of the bological women don't want a small penis, And then you have competition of whoes is bigger, I mean my mom evn even said she doesn't want a man with a small penis which means my dad must of had a good size, And I know I'm not the only guy but out of all the pictures I've seen out of the methoidioplast they were pretty small 2 of them I seen were decent but not everyone can get that lucky, And then my other question is because their is no real diffetence between a clit and a penis besides being able to pee and aperm out of it, Why is it that when a Transmale gets on T his is tiny, Because a clit and a penis also start from the inside and come out they both get hard I notice it know and I'm not even on T, As far as surgery goes for the lower region I'm stuck between the 2 I feel like doctors should have been able to get that at a normal size or figure it out I understand it's not that easy but come on know they've been working on it for how long, And yea know their are bio guys with micros but whoes thinking about that when their overly dysphoric and honestly I havent seen or heard one yet

2 inches is considered a lot. From what I gather, around 1.5 inches is kind of average. Penis size is a bunch of different factors, there's not just one thing.

I agree with Nygel that 2" would be considered a lot. But it does happen. I don't know re: genetics I am guessing they are a factor, but then taking T is a little outside what is generally experienced.

I don't agree with your assessment that biological (I assume you mean natal) women "don't like small penises". I know a number of trans guys dating cis women. Several of them actually use the T-grown penis in sex and like it very well. Pleasure is not at all dependent on size. But obviously some people have different likes and so on. Some women prefer a smaller one actually and there are positions that increase enjoyment. I think in adolescence this kind of thing is maybe more important. Your mom is not the only female on the planet.

In phallo guys will get a normal sized penis. This usually does not happen with meta as they use the size you already are, although I think they can maximize it. If you think that's not possible with phallo you haven't been reading as the info has been right here on this forum.

Genetics can play a big role yes, especially if one has an enlarged clit to begin with, then if that person goes on T then it would naturally only get larger.

The problem is replicating the spongy tissue in order to get an erection. Even though the clit does contain spongy tissues, it's nowhere near the amount as a bio guy.  If they could replicate that in a phalloplasty then that would be excellent.  Imagine the person who figures out how to do that.  They would be SO rich.

I already heard of the phallo but its not pleasing to me to many risk and it can't get hard on its own and you can't cum with either from what I heard, I have a problem with that thoes things are important to me, And I didn't say my mom was the only female on the planet shes not the only woman who has said that either

Yea for an ftm but for a bio man or a cis woman no they would probally only be shocked that, that could even happen, I feel like if that were the case then it would be even larger after the methodioplasty,

2 inches? man, you're lucky. unless I purposely pop it out, that area looks identical as to pre-T. yeah, my doctor said it's purely genetic. I was thinking about metoidioplasty a while back, thinking I'd get to 2-3 inches and it'd look like a normal but extra small penis...I was so wrong. There's really nothing to even make it out of lol. looks like regular female genitals.

Hmm...I wonder if there are penis enlargement surgeries for FTMs who had metoidioplasty. Has anyone ever heard of that? I mean, if they do that to bio guys, then why not FTMs?

That's what I'm saying a clit is not different from a penis so why can't they enlarge ours

A lot of the things that are done for "penis enlargement surgery" are done for meta. An example is that part of the penis is further back into the body, so by moving it (I think removing a ligament?) it's lengthened. Also, a lot of cis guys with small penises are small because they're chubby. If you carry fat in your crotch area, liposuction can help.

I'm happy with my growth. I'm kind of big, and it looks like a really small penis without surgery.

Hmm, so say a trans guy has a 1 incher, or maybe even 2, by how many inches could they extend it? I saw maybe 1-2 pictures on tumblr where the guy had an absolutely realistic sized penis, with normal girth and length.

I have no idea. There's so many variables out there that it's hard to determine.

That's a matter of opinion. I've seen a guy on Xtube who had a really great looking phallo. And I've heard from plenty of guys that the ability to orgasm is definitely still there. What's good for one is not necessarily good for someone else. Regardless, I've seen some awesome things

Ive seen some to and I'm glad satisfyed I think their starting to look more realistic but it's stilll far away from what most guys are looking for, Like me

It is kind of like MtF breasts, not starting during normal age usually means a lot less growth especially as you now have less of human growth hormone in your body.

Well the other option is DHT cream. I think that there's some growth from that.

You should be careful Brandon re: your comments on phallo and be appropriate. There are guys on this list, I'm thinking "Make It Good" and I think others who are happy with phallo. You might not like it and you might have your reasons, but other people have feelings too.

I think there are ways to make the meta a bit bigger--I'm not sure how that's done. Perhaps lipo is one way but there may be others.

I think that it might be hard pre-T to tell what your genetics are going to do as most female bodied people do not have large clits. There is a certain range that is normal.

Brandon and everyone lets be understanding of men's body issues and not be rude.

Penis size is a very common 'complaint' among all men no matter their natal sex.

And as woman have said for thousand of years, size doesn't matter, it is how you use it!!!

Without making myself blush, a good lover satisfies his woman with good loving technique and I personally like a lover who cares about me rather than the size of his organ.

they can already grow penises for rats and rabbits. a super rich guy might be able to make himself the first human experiment on this, but... i'm not sure he'd want to try it before they've studied techniques and complications even more. unless he lost his original one in some accident. i don't think they've tried this on actual female individuals yet though. poor lab rats if they have to be given t against their will just to find out if this is possible to do for trans guys. there are also ethical issues that need to be figured out before anything can be done. i won't bet on it becoming available even for the few within the next ten years. though maybe a little later.

okay
just adding my two cents as a guy who had great growth (only seen a few guys my size and maybe 1 bigger) and has had metoidoplasty AND phalloplasty, AND has had lots and lots of sex with girls  so I think I am qualified to chime in.

First of all, before surgery, I never had a girl complain about my tiny penis. I did have one girl say "that's it?" I laughed it off and said "yup".

Yes some girls want big penises, some girls want small penises (one of my partners said "yes its small so I can savor it" lol whatever) and I think a lot less women care than we guys think. Our confidence about it is a huge part of how our partner deals with it.

I made it up in my mind to be an excellent lover (before I had a decent size penis) and can please a woman very well with things other than my penis. Sex is so much more mental for women (hope that doesnt sound sexist) but making a woman feel sexy and hot and irrestible even with a below average penis, will probably do more for her than completely ignoring her needs with an average or large penis.

Next, I think most guys have a really skewed perspective of what an average size penis is - 5.5 inches is average erect and 3.5 is average flaccid.

As far as my phalloplasty, I am happy with it, I can orgasm, my partners have been satisfied and it passes without question in the locker room.

Any way, I am not sure if t growth is genetic. I was really really fortunate with my growth and I also happen to know that my father was well endowed. Found some photos when I was rifling through my mothers desk as a kid.

But yes we are limited on the amount of growth we get because most of us did not receive the special hormonal bath when we were in the womb. This is the time when things really happen.

The best thing we can do is own what we have and use it to our advantage. Being born with such unique genitals really taught me to do other important things in bed and I am so greatful for that.
