I can't speak for anyone else, but it certainly seems to be the case for me. (At least in terms of naked-eye observation; I have no idea whether the microscopic composition is identical!) Smell, texture, and taste are now very similar to my wife's. It's definitely clear, as well as thin and slippery, and produced at arousal. I'm fairly sure that the delivery mechanism is via the urethra instead of "sweating" through the vaginal walls the way it is with a cis woman, but realistically if *I* can't tell exactly where it's coming from it's unlikely anyone else can.
Post-GRS, prostate exams can be done vaginally.

In fact, the positioning is more or less the same as it is for the female G-spot (about an inch into the vagina, on the upper wall, just beyond the pubic bone), so it's pretty easy for someone very familiar with cis female anatomy to locate.
And yes, removing the prostate has the same risk for us as it does for cis men - it's entangled with a lot of important nerves and anatomical features, so there's a high risk of incontinence or permanent sexual nerve damage if it's messed with. Personally, I appreciate what it does for me now, so I'm OK with having it preserved!
