Hello!
First of all, I would like to take this opportunity for thanking everyone who is reading my introduction post and I thank you for your time out of your valuable day.
My name is Daniel, and I am a transgender supporter. I have someone very close to me who recently came out to me as Transgender, and I want to learn more about ->-bleeped-<- and discuss it with other people. I am bisexual, and I am a supporter of the LGBTQA (I will just stop there because the list goes on and on!) community.
I am also here to make new friends, support others, give advice, share my experiences with ->-bleeped-<-, be there for someone if they need someone to talk to, and be a positive role-model for members of the LGBT community.

Thank you for reading (once again) and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Daniel :)

Hey! Welcome to Susans and thanks very much for your interest and support. Will be nice to see the insight of an ally. Welcome to the family!
Farewell to my friends, farewell to the life I knew. I burn what once was, and in the ashes I am born anew.

Hi Daniel, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 7999 members. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another Ally.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Thank you very much for welcoming me! You are very welcome for your interest and support. There is alot of transphobia out there and it needs to be stopped. If people can learn to accept the gay community, they can learn to accept the transgender community as well. I feel at home :).

Ms. OBrien CVT,
Thank you for welcoming me. How come there are many allies for the gay community, but not for the transgender community? I don't think that is fair at all.

Amy,
Thank you so much for welcoming me. It is true, the transgender community can never have too many allies. It is just unfortunate that they are hard to find.

Amelia Pond

You're welcome and I couldn't agree more. :)

My question to the gay community allies is: If you can accept gay men and women, why can`t you accept people who are transgender? I think people who are transgender go through more than people who are gay or they are coming out. People who are transgender need more support than gay men and women, I think.

Now I'm not saying this is the only reason there are less allies but I know for a fact many allies are suspected of being "->-bleeped-<-s" simply by being here and are scared off by the very people they are trying to support.  Most of the people here wouldn't do that intentionally, but it happens.  Whether or not they are actually being accused of being ->-bleeped-<-s or its just imagined is another question.  I know if it was me, I would be hesitant to be a supporter because of that stigma that cismen's only interest in transwomen is what they see in ->-bleeped-<- porn.
Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

Well, I don't care if I am the only person who supports transgendered men and women. I am happy to do so, and I am proud of it. People can say all they want about me, but, I love people who are transgender, and I am proud to support the transgender community.
