Trick question, huh?
Well, I was hoping that the fact redistribution would start, but after taking the fat testes again, or using the BMI, I think I maybe underweight now. Sure, I have the same weight as pre-HRT, but does not translate correctly to the new "female" version of me. Can't get fat without increasing the intake...
As far as I am know, my status are:
Height: 5'7" (172 cm)
Weight: 127 lb (58 kg)
HRT Time: 5.5 Months
Breast size: Almost an A
Top size: L
Bottom Size: M
Compared to Pre-HRT, despite having the same weight, I'm overall less bony, but not a lot more. There was a time when my hip bones protruded a lot. THey still do it, but far less than before, ribs are less visible and no floater since I killed it. So I'm guess that along with the muscle reduction, fat has increased slightly. I still have a beer gut reminder, but is hard say where the fat ends and where the untrained muscles start.
So I looked at my diet, and I'm still doing my pre-transition diet, a sports nearly losing one. Nearly everything I eat is clean food, A reduced amount of weekly meat, no eating between hours, and fat-free milk. I eat 5 times per day, the mid morning snack being a turkey and cheese sandwich (or half) and a piece of fruit, and the same kind of sandwich in the afternoon with some snacks (or trail mix-like). Dinners may be simple foods, a lot of salads and maybe one or two "allowed days" of pizza or kebab. I never buy ice creams, chocolate, candy or seets of any kind. I may drink one or two alcohol free beers or fizzy drinks per week.
So, I'm thinking about making the diet less strict. Right now I've moved from skimmed milk to whole and one day per week I allow myseld to have chips (careful with the potasium!) BTW, No Pork. That's not coming back.
Any ideas? My stomach must have reduced a lot after I went from 72 to 58, so I have difficulties to finish big dishes (You need to visit Spain and understand what do we call a "Menu del Dia". Every time I can't finish it I have a waiter asking me if something is bad...
