Hey all! My partner finally started on Nebido jabs the other day and I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has been prescribed this? If so, how long until you noticed any physical changes? He's *very* curvy and finds it difficult to pass as male or find male clothes to fit him because of his hips (shirts and coats don't button and jeans/trousers are always very tight on the thighs and too loose on the waist). He's very fashionable (not the jeans and hoodie type), but I was hoping for some indication on when others found that their fat patterns/distribution started to change? He does go to the gym but obviously, the fat deposits are still very much of the female persuasion! Also, how long until you noticed your voice changing and hair growth? Obviously, I know it varies from person to person, but just looking for some general views! :)

many thanks for reading

First of all congrats for him starting it! I started with the other form of T but I'm on Nebido too now. It took me 9-10 months to see fat redistribution around the hip/stomach area. Maybe if he goes to the gym it might speed up things. My voice started to change in the first month and body hair started to grow. My facial hair still isn't as visible as I'd like to, being blonde doesn't helps at all. Anyway I've heard there are binders that bind the hips too.

Thanks for the rely Jared. I really appreciate it :) Unfortunately I don't think any sort of binder is going to help him. He has a GG chest and his hips are about 16 inches wider than his waist! I think when his hair grows in it'll be quite ginger (his dad and brother both had ginger growth to start with) so it might not be too obvious for a while lol!

You're welcome :) I found a comparison picture of myself that I think shows pretty good fat redistribution:

First pic is pre-T, second is 9 months on T. Body hair might be darker than facial, in my case that's true.
