On the grounds that it is par for the course for an administration to rebut criticism by outing a CIA officer's identity during wartime; this is rather incredible to me -

the judge basically said: it may be very unsavory, but no worries, business as usual.

Plame's attys are going to vigorously appeal. Rove says he is confident the judge's decision will withstand any apellate scrutiny...

and the beat goes on

sad to say but that was a no brain-eeer.. how can a pawn go after the king and queen?

well, it is ostensibly a nation of laws, we'll just see how far this above the law thing goes, I guess.
I don't know how long or what limitation such an appeal takes/has, but if it has to be decided on this admininstration's term, we know how it will go.

Well, no one's called Bush Co on the carpet so far for the stupid antics coming out of DC in the last few years; this is never going to go to court. Too much big money involved.

They probably went for a beer after the whole thing settled down.....

   At some point, one of this long line of criminal acts is going to finally gather some real steam in terms of riling the sleeping peoples.
