I wear stringy/elasticated pants following the grs I've had. When i'm walking in them, I do feel my vagina is sensitive because I get the warm feeling down there like I did on the 2nd week of dilating. Its hard to describe the feeling exactly but its a nice feeling nonetheless 

I guess by this, orgasm will be possible for me to achieve 

How do others know that there vagina is sensitive, other than achieving orgasm(s)?

I can feel my dilator full depth in my vagina, and the area around it has touch sensitivity.  My clitoris is not a "hot button" issue, but the rubbing sensation which is strong on the underside of my prostate does result in an "ejaculation" fluid release IF it let it happen that way.  Self touch of the various parts does make the room light up a bit so to speak, but that is inside the vulva and not the vagina.  For most cis women, this is the area they are most sensitive in as well.  In short, I have more vaginal feeling than a cis woman, but close to the vulvar sensations of one.  I can do an "O" if I want to, but dilation has to be done even if I have a headache or related and don't give a D about O.

The reason I ask is because that's how it felt for me when I was dilating and as said, walking too lol

From discussions with the few women I know well enough to talk about such things (cis girls), I have WAY more vaginal sensitivity than they do - I have jokingly said I could read Braille in there! The external parts of the vulva seem to be normal sensitivity (for a girl) though my clit is far less sensitive than cis. I didn't develop a G-spot until some 20+ years post-op but orgasm has never been a problem - had the first one 6 weeks post-op  I wish I could describe the internal sensations but there really aren't words for it aside to say it causes me to be "highly orgasmic" (which is much appreciated even after 40 years!  )

Anatomically speaking the vagina is a tube made of smooth muscle lined with a stratified Squamous Epithelium. There are few if any afferent somatic nerves in the vagina and thus there should be almost no sensation in a natural one. Such sensation as there is will come stretch receptors and the general pelvic pain receptors.

The clitoris and labia minora are the undeveloped corpus cavernosa part of what would have become the penis, whilst the spongeform tissue that would have formed the penile urethra never develops in a female. Point is the sensation is mainly centred around the vulva and clitoral tissue.

Whether by luck or design, I personally have only minimal vaginal sensation. Thankfully I do have sensate clitoral and labial areas and so have always been fully orgasmic.

I'm gonna be the annoying one who's easily confused - I can't tell if you mean sexually sensitive only, and if you mean "vagina" or whole vulva. So to answer the most general of the question... I knew it was sensitive *at all* the first time the nurses took the bandages off and I could feel what they were doing down there.   Apparently this is kind of unusual (but feeling generally does return for most people). I figured out it was sexually sensitive more or less the way you did, by dilation and experimentation to see what felt good. At that point I could sort of interpret from the sensations that orgasm was probably possible, but honestly it's hard to explain how I could know that; it felt kinda vaguely similar enough to before, I guess?

I am both perfectly responsive in the vulva (feels somewhere between "normal" skin and erogenous), clitoris (!!! and how), and inside the vagina. I do occasionally joke that since cis women have no real feeling deep inside the vagina, I got the upgraded version!

I'd say sexually sensitive because i never felt a warm tingly feeling straight after my surgery. I remember you posting on vibrators saying it felt like 10,000 new nerve endings though

Not too warm at first if my lube was room temperature in a cold room, but it did warm up as the dilation occurred.  Gentle rubbing, almost caressing, as said not hot button, but a pleasant sensation.
