I would say.. some of a brain and maturity. 

Intelligence, honesty, respect

Without all 3, forget it.

Looks are nice too.

Omg. I am short and expressive and I thought no girl could actually prefer that in a man!  lol. Reassuring. I don't know if I am funny or kind though. Matter of opinion. :p

I like a tall man (they make me feel smaller) and someone who takes care of his appearance.

I don't really look for anything specifically. That applies not just to men, but to everyone, since as far as who I find attractive... well, gender is irrelevant.

Aesthetics don't concern me too much. I'm of the opinion that when you see something special in someone, and sense the spark of a connection, you just know.

Intelligent, good sense of humor, good kissing lips, and a nice chest.  Stamina is always a plus

Looks of course! That's the first department they have to pass in before they can be admitted to Trista's School for Potential Husbands.

And then from there they have to pass a bunch of other tests or they're dropped with no refunds.

Soft features, amazing hair, smiling eyes, and a bright heart.  Being a bit taller than me is nice, but by no means required 

Acceptance and respect plain and simple. 

I'm not dating any one currently. I've decided to try & wait until SRS & one life, maybe.

However previously I loved a man that was taller & bigger than myself (5'9"). For some reason I was not attracted to any man equal or smaller? I also loved a man that was well endowed. Say anything you want but size does matter. And it was nice for a man to just take the lead in romance & sex. To just let it flow whatever way we seemed to go.

Luckliy I found several nice men that met these requirements & it was great being with them. I did not care about their careers or $ or great looks however they had to be "normal clean man" that loved being with a woman.

Usually, my crushes are random and happen without me looking for anything in particular..  Therefore, I really can't answer the question.  But personality is the number one factor.  I've always been more about emotional attraction.  In fact, sometimes my emotions determine who I find physically attractive and don't.  Still, I'm not blind either and looks also play a role as well.   

Sigh.... I wish I could date and meet a guy.  Life is cruel.
