Fire up the grill!

That's right, because fish two and a half feet long don't fit in frying pans!

I made some much needed extra money this evening helping someone with their computer and I will get to do some work for them in the future too.

Always encouraging to see another young gal get over the frightful "Coming out ti parent" hump!  :eusa_clap:
Thanks Shantel,
It's kind of funny/sad to say it but I think it was easier when I came out to them than to actually get to this point even though it was 3 days of complete misery for me to actually come out to them. After coming out all I seemed to get from my Mom for the past few weeks was hardcore denial with no ability to listen to reason. No matter how well I could answer her questions and give her real examples of things I've done to "fix" myself she would always say if we do X thing then that will fix you and everyone will be happy again. Most of the time X thing was something I already tried and that's why after over a decade of fighting myself over this that i'm at this point of transitioning. It really was like a listening to a broken record that was causing me a lot of grief. But with everything that happened on Friday night it has taken even more burden off of my shoulders now as it seems like they are making it closer and closer to the acceptance stage in all of this where I can finally get truthful real support from them which is something I desperately need to be able to begin to move forward in life.

perfect fall weather...just the right temperature, and that crisp, cool breeze blowing down off the mountains! I just love this time of year!

I learned that the patent for fire hydrants was burned in a fire at the patent office
Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

Kudos! Seems that you had been laying the groundwork all along and your angst was predicated on your fears concerning their possible reaction at coming out time, but the previous string of hints were sufficient to soften the blow since they knew in their hearts that something was up all along. This is by far the better way rather than just dropping a bomb in their laps from out of nowhere with nothing previously to reference it to.

We had our first frost in last night. A dusting of white greeted me upon waking. Best thing about this? There will be a chill in the air all day. Which means when I go out, I'll be wearing a winter scarf! I LOVE scarves! Happy! Happy!

Had another appointment with my Endo and after being on a low dose of E for 5 weeks I am now on an increased dose for the next 3 months. Blood work is good, T down E up and have lost some weight as well. Boobies also starting to develop. ;D
So much happier than before.
So long and thanks for all the fish

A long, hard couple days. And here I sit with Van Morrison's 'Astral Weeks' on the headphones. Soul food!
