Is it possible to shrink your hands and feet? i'd like to have more ladylike hands and feet,actually

Well, HRT will not affect bone structure.  However, a number of MAAB people report their shoe size decreasing.  It could be due to losing muscle mass in the feet, and perhaps some fat.

Yes muscle shape and skin thickness do change in the hands and feet, but Jamie is right- the bone will always stay the same. I gather that the change is usually somewhat noticeable. And although it's mostly subtle, it does make a difference.

There is actually a [surprisingly] non invasive surgery to shorten toes, but I think it's about $3,500 a toe and it's not really for shortening ALL of them to make for a smaller foot. I doubt that would be a very good idea balance wise Though I did see on Ru Paul's drag race that one of the contestants (who had done almost everything in the book plastic surgery wise outside of breast implants) who mentioned having their "toes done" as one of the feminization surgeries. I've never heard or seen that anywhere else, though.

While HRT doesn't affect bone structure, it does affect all the soft tissues around them so as Jamie mentioned you can go down a size from that alone. When I was very early on in HRT I bought shoes that were just on the edge of being a little small for my feet, and now 11 months later even the pairs that aren't broken in at all fit ever so perfectly. I think I've gone down maybe a quarter of a size. Mileage varies for different people.

Actually the only verified way to shrink your feet is,by losing weight if you are obese. but i'm thin so i cannot do sth about that 

Now about my toes,it wouldn't be a good option i guess,because i don't have long toes. the rest of the foot is longer.

Short of doing something as drastically crippling as binding, I don't think it's possible to shrink feet and hands substantially.

it's not the size of your hands, but how you move them, that makes them ladylike. there's also something about how big they are compared to the rest of your body. but they'll have to be really big in order to make them noticeably unladylike.

changing your shoe size isn't too easy. but you can make your feet appear smaller by wearing shoes with not too high and somewhat hidden heels. like this. just make sure that they are wide enough that you can move your toes inside. there are also gel pads to reduce damage if you wear heels a lot. of course, by wearing heels, you will get taller, so you'll have to choose between height and shoe size.

I was under the impression that binding stopping growth of feet, not that it could reverse size already reached.

crush the bones in your feet, then let them grow together in a way too small mold?
but the feet might not survive such harsh treatment.

being honest I dont think theres much need for you to have smaller hands or feet to be considered lady
My hands are 8 cm wide and I wear size 42-43 in shoe, consider the fact im FAAB you are actually smaller in size

I actually have smaller than average hands for a MAAB. While that is good in some ways, I also like to play guitar, and there some chords I cannot comfortably do because of my small hands...

Just saying, there are advantages to having bigger hands, try playing guitar if you haven't already. It's a lot of fun even if you can't play all the chords properly...

Early on in my transition, hands and feet were one of my hugest triggers.

Now though after 11 months of E and 9 months of FT, my larger than average hands and feet would be the last thing to be some sort of trigger.

They do look different over time with skin changes. And what Veronica says is totally true. It's not a bad thing at all to have larger hands, in fact it can be good

You can use larger hands as a feature, nice nail polish, pretty rings etc. People then see your hands and think how attractive they are. Same with feet, people don't see feet, they see what you have on them. Wear nice shoes and dress up.

Keep your hands and feet well mani- and pedicured, people notice dirty and rough stuff negatively, not nice stuff.

Hands aren't particularly something you should worry about, as others said, it's more about the way you hold your hands and your wrists.  However, you also have to hold them in a natural way, you aren't playing a caricature.  My girlfriend is 4 inches shorter than me, and her hands are as large, if not larger than mine.  She also has a noticeable adams apple, much more pronounced than anything I have is.  However, she is one of the most prissy, feminine shaped and daintiest women I've ever come across. Furthermore, nobody ever notices these features on her.

Yes but it depends on the individual. For me it has worked very well on the body hair... hard to say about face because I've been doing laser as well.

Also I just noticed the other day that my toes look a lot shorter to me. I know it's not because the bone has changed, but I think maybe my foot pad squashes forward a little bit more than it used to... and my toes are definitely much thinner.

where can i obtain those hormones? i live in greece btw

Endocrinologists are a bit stubborn i guess. Ony 1 of 10 responded to my mail,but yet he said that i shall not take anti-antrogens because it's normal for guys to have body and facial hair. My goal is to totally eliminate my body & facial hair. Laser waxing just make them less harder and less bushy,but they still exist.

If i take androgens,without doctor's prescription will it be dangerous to my health?c

Speaking of drastic... there are some Beverly Hills options.  There's the "Cinderella procedure" where a surgeon shaves down the sides of the bones in your foot.  It's also possible to have your little toe removed to better fit into heels. 

This isn't a recommendation mind you... I'm a little squicked out by any sort of surgery myself.  But there are some options if you really want them.

If you are just pining for some better shoe choices though... There are a number of 'comfort' shoe manufacturers who make shoes with a wider last.  I especially love some of the shoes from birkenstock.  They have a number of more feminine lines like Birkis, Tatami, Footprints and Papillio.

It is always the recommendation of this site that all your medications be overseen by a medical professional.  There are too many things that can go wrong if you are not properly supervised.
