We need to take care of our breasts regardless if we've been on hormones for two days two weeks two months two years twenty years.  Breast and nipple self exams proper bra fitting massage and mammograms. Any other ideas or suggestions?

Be very careful with them, learn more about them so you don't hurt them by accident.

I don't know. I'd say breasts do a great job of taking care of themselves. There isn't a lot that GGs do to take care of them.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

Yea, but if you'er in stealth still you don't wanna go binding them.

"Self exams" are much better done by a partner!  ;D

My roommate taught me how to do a self examination..

Bra's

Well I wear a 36D bra, I learnt that a good bra is important. I prefer under wire as I personally feel it gives better support. I love a good push up bra, as it shows off my girls :) having bigger breasts I rarely go bra-less.. when I wear strappy tops, I try buy the one with support build in.. or I try and wear a strapless bra. Going bra-less a lot can cause your breasts to sag and will give you back problems

When exercising wear a sports bra, they support you well, especially when jogging..

Bra sizing can be tricky. I went to professional fitting.. A bra must not dig into you or breasts must not overflow the cup. The clasp at the back, should fit roughly half way down you back. I barely feel my bras when wearing them.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

I can recommend Nordstrom's for bra fitting, but otherwise this looks like a great list. (Well, I don't bother with massage, but I'm sure it's lovely for women who do!)

There's no good recommendations on how to manage mammograms for a trans woman... both the question of whether newer breasts need it at the same age (by age 50 my breasts will be 18 years old, and a cis woman's would be more like twice that age), and how to accomplish the actual mammography successfully on breasts that are very dense and impenetrable (very young cis women have the same issue).

Bras also help to prevent chafing...   :o

I use mine to regularly check for breathing, bloodflow, and spontaneity...Massaging them both makes for increased blood flow around the chest and kidney areas (and sometimes the pelvic area), causing me to breathe in deeply, usually several times, then I have to arch my back while still massaging them, my breathing (oddly) always gets somewhat rapid and shallow and suddenly I feel very...*sigh*...relaxed.

Hmm, yes, umm...what were we talking about again?
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...
